Our Story
Cooperative Installations, is a supply chain management company headquartered in Reno, Nevada with a second location in Savannah, Georgia.
Founded in 1989, by brothers Bill and Dave Verner, and joined in 2002 by Alex Aldrich, Cooperative Installations set out to be the best hands-on FF&E installation company in the industry by providing exceptional planning and site management services. We have extensive experience in both hotel openings and renovations and has completed 600 plus hotel projects, both domestically and internationally, over the last 33 years.
Over the years Cooperative Installations has evolved into more than an FF&E installation management company. We can now manage all areas of your supply chain.
Along the way we have participated in a community of proven industry professionals in the fields of design, purchasing, general construction, logistics, transportation, and strategists.
We have the experience, the capabilities, and the resources to complete projects of any size, anywhere in the world.

Building relationships is something that is very important to us. Since our inception in 1989, 80% plus of our business has come from repeat clients. We like to think this is because we are able to plan for and manage complex projects while providing a dependable service for Ownership. Over the 42 years we’ve been in the hospitality business, both operationally and as service providers, we’ve had the good fortune to work with some of the best and brightest in the industry. This has enabled us to grow while gaining experience and forming lasting bonds with our clients.
