We are frequently asked for “ball park” estimates for the costs of our services. We understand that this is a natural question however, in our industry, every project is so unique that it’s rarely possible without a discussion, scope, documentation, schedules, and drawings to come up with a responsive proposal.
If we give you an estimate, we want it to be an estimate you can use in your budgeting process with confidence.
Although not all of this information is absolutely necessary for us to generate an estimate or proposal, the more information we have, the more responsive the proposal.
FF&E Installation Management and Services
• Project name and address
• Product listings with quantities by area
• GC project schedule by area • Installation start and finish dates
• Copies of design specifications
• FF&E room drawings for each room type
• FF&E public area drawings for each area

Warehousing Management and Services

• A full set of POs for items shipping to the warehouse

FF&E Installation Management and Services
FF&E Installation services are typically priced as fixed cost based on the bid documents.
Warehousing Management and Services
Warehousing services fees can be either a lump sum based on the bid documents, or open book with a fixed percentage above cost. The open book method is completely auditable.
Transportation Services
Transportation services fees can be either a lump sum based on the bid documents, as a percentage of the total value of the goods, or open book with a fixed percentage above cost. Again, the open book method is completely auditable.
We will work anywhere on the planet; however each project will need to be evaluated independently taking into account local regulations regarding expat management, availability of services, security issues, and any other conditions that may exist in the location the project is being executed.
Yes, we will work union projects depending upon the jurisdiction and the availability of local site agreements.
Yes, we can provide overall project management for all FF&E related services and act as the Owners’ Representative if requested.
Yes, we can provide pre-project services in a consulting capacity. We can provide valuable information regarding our services, site logistics, past experience in a market, and many other areas that can significantly reduce the overall price of the project as well as reduce the time the Owners’ have to spend dealing with challenges that can easily be identified and solved before a project begins. The earlier we are involved, the more money you may save.
Bids can take as few as two days to as many as two weeks to prepare depending upon the location and complexity of the project.
